Why did you decide to go to the source in China?
We wanted complete control over the quality and transparency of the production process. By visiting factories ourselves and seeing the entire chain, we can be sure that our extensions are made under fair conditions and are of the highest quality. This gives us and our customers confidence in the product.
How often do you expand your range with new colors and lengths?
We are constantly working to expand our range. Because we work directly with the factory, we can respond quickly to new trends and specific requests from salons. This means that your range will always remain up to date.
How do you ensure transparency in the market?
Having seen the production process in China for ourselves, we can guarantee that everything is done fairly and carefully. We have insight into the working conditions and know exactly where the hair comes from and how it is processed. This transparency is often lacking in the market, but we make it a core value of our company.
