Returns & Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package so we can resolve the issue.

We want you to absolutely love your hair extensions! However, due to Health & Safety laws and the personal nature of our products, we can only accept returns for faulty items. Our policy ensures fairness and transparency while maintaining the highest hygiene standards.

Please read below to see if you qualify for a return or refund.


Hair Extensions

We take hygiene seriously, so for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for hair extensions that have been opened, worn, or altered in any way.

THIS INCLUDES:
Breaking the seal on the wefts or removing the tape.
Bleaching, dyeing, or toning with any chemicals or colouring products.
Wearing, washing, or styling the extensions.

If you are unsure about your colour match, we strongly recommend ordering a colour ring!


Faulty Products + Replacements

We stand by the quality of our hair! If you receive a faulty item, please contact us. Faulty items will be replaced once the original product is returned and inspected. If a replacement isn’t available, a refund will be issued.

Our extensions come with a 12 month guarantee. The hair needs to be returned for inspection before replacement. The hair will only be replaced if it is to be found faulty, and that no incorrect products have been used on the hair.

Your warranty will become void if you use

- Hair dye / bleach

  • Excessive heat styling
  • If you used sun screen protection, you need to use a mineral sunscreen
  • Keratin & protein usage
